Terms of Use
Asset Management International · Last updated: 8 September 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, trading platform, applications and related services (together, the “Services”) operated by Asset Management International (“we”, “us” or “our”). By registering an account or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By registering for an account, accessing the platform or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms and every document referred to in them, including the Risk Disclosure, the AML / KYC Policy and the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here.
2. Eligibility
To open an account and use the Services you must:
- be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited or would require a licence we do not hold;
- not be a person subject to applicable sanctions or on any prohibited-party list;
- act on your own behalf and not for any undisclosed third party.
We may refuse to open, or may close, an account where these requirements are not met.
3. Registration and account security
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep your credentials confidential, enable available security features such as two-factor authentication, and notify us at [email protected] immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach.
4. Identity verification and compliance
We operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) programme. Before you may deposit, trade or withdraw we may require documents confirming your identity, address and source of funds. Account activity may be limited until verification is complete, and we may report activity to competent authorities where the law requires.
5. The Services
The Services provide access to trading in financial instruments, including contracts for difference (CFDs) referencing stocks, indices, foreign exchange, commodities and cryptocurrencies, together with market data, charts, analytics and account tools.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, change instrument availability, spreads, leverage, margin requirements or trading hours, and impose or vary limits, at any time where market conditions or risk management require it.
6. Risk disclosure
CFDs and leveraged products are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You may lose some or all of your invested capital and should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in the Services is investment, legal or tax advice.
7. Orders, execution and pricing
- Prices shown are indicative and may differ from the price at which an order is executed.
- Orders may be executed with slippage, partially filled, requoted or rejected, particularly in volatile or illiquid markets.
- Positions may be closed automatically when your margin level falls below the required threshold (stop-out).
- We may cancel or adjust trades that resulted from a manifest error, a price-feed malfunction or abusive trading.
8. Deposits, withdrawals and fees
You may fund your account only from a payment source held in your own name. Withdrawals are paid back to the original funding source where possible and are subject to completed verification and applicable processing times.
Applicable spreads, commissions, overnight financing (swap) charges, inactivity fees and payment-provider costs are described on the platform and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your trading.
9. Demo accounts
Demo accounts use virtual funds and simulated conditions for practice. Execution, liquidity and results on a demo account do not reflect live market conditions and are not a guarantee of real trading performance.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of market-abuse rules;
- exploit latency, price errors, arbitrage against stale quotes, or any platform malfunction;
- use automated systems, bots or scraping tools without our written consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or reverse engineer any part of the Services;
- open multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent limits;
- provide false information or use another person’s identity or payment method.
11. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, layouts and market data made available through the Services are owned by Asset Management International or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial trading activity. Market data may not be redistributed.
12. Third-party services and data
The Services rely on third-party providers for market data, charting, payments and infrastructure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data and are not liable for losses arising from its unavailability, delay or inaccuracy.
13. Availability and force majeure
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may carry out maintenance that limits access. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including exchange or liquidity-provider outages, network failures, cyber-attacks or regulatory action.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Management International and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asset Management International against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or close your account, cancel pending orders or withhold a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, market abuse, a breach of these Terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement. You may close your account at any time once all positions are settled and no amounts are outstanding.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asset Management International is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before commencing formal proceedings you agree to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
