Asset Management International · Last updated: 8 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Asset Management International (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, open an account or use our platform, and the rights available to you.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Asset Management International is the controller of the personal data processed through the Services. For any privacy request contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Identity and contact data — name, date of birth, nationality, address, email, phone number.
  • Verification data — identity documents, proof of address, photographs or selfies, and source-of-funds information.
  • Financial and trading data — balances, deposits and withdrawals, payment details, transaction and order history.
  • Suitability data — your knowledge, experience, financial situation and investment objectives.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, log files and interactions with the platform.
  • Communications — messages, support tickets and, where permitted, call recordings.

3. Where we get your data

Most data comes directly from you. We also receive data from payment providers, identity-verification and sanctions-screening providers, fraud-prevention services and publicly available sources, and from cookies when you use our website.

4. How and why we use your data

We use your data to open and administer your account and execute trades (performance of a contract); for identity verification, sanctions screening, AML monitoring and regulatory reporting (legal obligation); for fraud prevention, platform security and enforcing our terms, and to improve the Services (legitimate interests); and for marketing communications (consent or legitimate interests).

5. Who we share data with

  • identity-verification, credit-reference and fraud-prevention agencies;
  • payment service providers, banks and card networks;
  • liquidity providers, execution venues and market-data vendors;
  • IT, hosting, communications and analytics providers acting as our processors;
  • regulators, tax authorities, law enforcement and courts where required by law;
  • professional advisers and any party involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is transferred to a country without an equivalent level of protection, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and then for the period required by financial and anti-money-laundering laws — generally at least five to seven years after the end of our relationship. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, network segregation, monitoring and staff training. No system is completely secure, but we maintain procedures to detect and respond to data breaches and to notify you and regulators where the law requires.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the platform and, subject to your choices, analytics and preference cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie controls. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • request deletion of your data where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it;
  • object to or request restriction of certain processing;
  • receive certain data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first.

11. Marketing preferences

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or your account settings. You will still receive service and regulatory messages relating to your account.

12. Automated decision-making

We use automated checks for fraud detection, sanctions screening and suitability assessment. Where a decision producing a legal or similarly significant effect is made solely by automated means, you may request human review and contest the outcome.

13. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete it if we become aware of it.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest revision, and we will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform.
