Client Agreement
Asset Management International · Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms on which Asset Management International provides trading accounts and related services to you (the “Client”). It applies together with our Terms of Use, Risk Disclosure, AML / KYC Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict, this Agreement prevails for the provision of trading services.
1. Scope of services
We provide an electronic platform for trading contracts for difference (CFDs) and related instruments, together with market data, analysis tools and account services. We deal with you on an execution-only basis: we do not provide investment advice, portfolio management or tax advice, and we do not assess whether a transaction is suitable for you beyond any appropriateness test required by law.
2. Account opening and classification
To open an account you must complete registration, pass identity verification, and provide the information we need to classify you and assess appropriateness. By default clients are treated as retail clients, which carries the highest level of regulatory protection.
You confirm that all information you provide is true, complete and up to date, and you agree to notify us promptly of any change.
3. Your representations
- you are at least 18 and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- you act as principal and for your own account, not on behalf of any other person;
- funds and instruments you deposit are owned by you and are free of any charge, lien or encumbrance;
- you are not resident in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful;
- you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure and can bear the risk of loss.
4. Orders and execution
- We act as counterparty to your trades. Prices are derived from our liquidity providers plus a spread and may differ from prices elsewhere.
- Orders may be executed with slippage, partially filled, requoted or rejected, particularly in fast or illiquid markets.
- We may aggregate, refuse, delay or cancel an order, and we may set position, order and exposure limits.
- We may close positions or reject orders that we reasonably believe result from a manifest error, abusive trading, or a price-feed malfunction.
5. Margin, leverage and stop-out
Positions are opened and maintained on margin. You must keep sufficient margin at all times. If your margin level falls below the required threshold, we may close some or all of your open positions, in whole or in part, without prior notice, and you remain responsible for any resulting balance. Leverage is capped by the lower of the instrument limit and your account tier limit.
6. Client funds
Client money is held separately from our own funds in accordance with applicable rules. We do not pay interest on balances unless expressly agreed. Deposits must come from a source in your own name; withdrawals are returned to the original source where possible and are subject to completed verification and any applicable fees.
7. Costs, charges and set-off
You are responsible for spreads, commissions, overnight financing (swap) charges, currency-conversion costs, inactivity fees and any payment-provider costs, as published on the platform and updated from time to time. We may set off any amount you owe us against any balance or asset we hold for you.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not engage in market abuse, latency or arbitrage abuse, exploitation of errors, use of unauthorised automated systems, opening multiple or coordinated accounts to obtain benefits, or any activity that is unlawful or breaches this Agreement. We may void trades, withhold profits derived from such conduct, and close your account.
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by market conditions, your own decisions, the acts of third parties (including liquidity providers, data vendors and payment processors), or events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Term, suspension and termination
This Agreement continues until terminated. Either party may terminate on notice once all positions are closed and no amount is outstanding. We may suspend or restrict your account, or terminate immediately, where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud, market abuse or a serious breach. Termination does not affect accrued rights or open liabilities.
11. Amendments
We may amend this Agreement to reflect changes in law, regulation, market practice, our services or costs. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes by email or through the platform, and your continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
12. Governing law, complaints and contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asset Management International is established. Complaints should first be sent to [email protected], and we will acknowledge and investigate them in line with our complaints procedure before any formal proceedings.
